Great to meet you!

Here’s what you should know about me: I’m all about holistic healing, standing with the LGBTQ+ community, and supporting equal rights and different cultures. I truly believe our thoughts have the power to change our lives. I went back to get my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling in my 40s, so I bring plenty of life experience to my work—and a down-to-earth, caring approach.

My approach to therapy

I tailor therapy to you. Together we explore early experiences, life patterns, and the beliefs that may be driving anxiety, depression, perfectionism, or feeling “not enough.” My approach is compassionate, direct, and focused on lasting healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll begin identifying patterns and beliefs that may no longer serve you — especially those you may have absorbed from others. I’ll help you understand how your thoughts shape your experience and how they can shift. Together, we’ll clarify your goals, strengthen boundaries, improve relationships, and build a deeper sense of self-trust and validation.
