Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker it is my top priority to ensure you find the treatment and support that works for you. I understand how challenging it can be when seeking out services and the trial and error process can be frustrating. I have experience working with adults who are living with mental health challenges. I work with clients who have experienced domestic violence, traumatic grief, victimization, depression and anxiety. I believe that with the appropriate support, individuals can go from feeling like they are surviving to thriving.

My approach to therapy

No two stories are the same, which is why I take an individualistic approach and use different treatment modalities that are beneficial to the client. We will work together to develop a treatment plan that support your journey towards healing. No one knows better than you, what works for you vs. what doesn't and I am here to facilitate that process.

What you can expect from me

When you attend a session with me, you are entering into a no judgment zone, that includes no judging yourself. It is a safe place where we replace self-criticism with compassion. I believe in meeting the client where they are at, while helping them identify areas of concern that they'd like to improve on. I use a strengths-based approach to elicit change.
