Great to meet you!

My name is Kathy and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been practicing primarily in medical settings throughout my career and more recently in the last several years have taken my practice solo to have more flexibility to offer clients a comprehensive and focused treatment plan. I believe strongly in the brain and body connection and have found that with a curious and growth focused mindset, one can have a better handle on the every day highs and lows.

My approach to therapy

In our work together we will explore how your experiences and life have intersected to make you your unique self. Through your life's lens we will explore how opposites can be true at the same time and the power of taking a step back and examining things. Challenges will continue to come our way in life yet how we handle these challenges can impact our overall wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

Part of the therapeutic process should always include a safe space to simply download and feel heard. In therapy with me we will also focus on learning new approaches and exploring our homegrown resources (social supports, community supports, etc). Please schedule a phone consult in the available calendar. I have various client hours available that are not seen on the calendar as we will decide together, the best time for visits.
