Great to meet you!

*Note: Currently I only accept individuals as an in-network provider, and Do Not Work with Couples In-Network. I only work with couples in private pay, and can provide a superbill if your insurance reimburses for out-of-network therapy. Please book a session if you would like to begin couples therapy by paying out of pocket.*

I began my work in community mental healthcare in Portland, Oregon in 2000, supporting individuals with complex mental health needs. In 2016, I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Somatic Psychotherapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Since 2018, I’ve been in private practice, offering trauma-informed, body-centered therapy that weaves together somatics, creative expression, and social justice. My background in dance and movement continues to shape how I support clients in reconnecting with themselves.

My approach to therapy

I tailor therapy to each person, drawing from somatic and psychodynamic approaches that support deep, lasting change. I pay close attention to the body’s wisdom, helping clients gently uncover and work with patterns that have developed for protection and survival. My work is also shaped by a strong commitment to social justice, which informs how I understand systems of power, privilege, and lived experience in the healing process.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, supportive space where you’re met with compassion, curiosity, and zero judgment. We’ll explore how your experiences live in both your body and your story, and work together toward more ease, clarity, and connection. I bring my somatic training, relational focus, and a bit of humor when it fits—creating a space where you feel truly seen and supported.
