Kathleen (Kayti) King, MA, CRC, NCC, LPC, is a Clinical Mental Health Therapist who has been in the field since 2015. She earned a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado in 2020. Kayti holds national certifications as a Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and Clinical Counselor (NCC) and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado. Kayti is also a certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist.
Her approach is client-centered, focusing on building strong therapeutic relationships and using various therapeutic methods, including DBT, CBT, and Trauma Therapy. She specializes in treating disabilities, neurodivergence (such as ADHD and ASD), anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. Kayti is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.), a unique, evidence-based technique that utilizes bilateral eye movements to facilitate the brain's innate ability to process our experiences.
Kayti believes in meeting clients where they are at, in order to form a strong therapeutic relationship. We will collaborate to build a custom treatment plan and goals to help you grow and increase effectiveness.
