Great to meet you!

Over the past 18 years as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have worked with individuals, couples, families, children, and the elderly. I specialize in working with women who experience anxiety, struggle with self-esteem, face challenges in parenting, deal with depression, and who are navigating challenges in a relationship.

My approach to therapy

My natural approach to therapy is client-centered, meaning I value you as an authentic individual with unique experiences and a special life purpose. I combine strengths-based, solution-focused techniques with cognitive-behavioral techniques to help you explore the relationships among your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to gain insight into their influence on your life choices.

What you can expect from me

My clients often feel safe, seen, and validated in my sessions. I look forward to meeting you and working together on your journey!
