Great to meet you!

I am trained in integrative mental health and functional medicine. The people who tend to seek me out are looking for something more comprehensive than talk therapy and/or an alternative to medication. I welcome challenging situations and have over 30 years of clinical experience successfully helping people of all ages find their way out of health and mental health challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to help you find the root cause of your challenge and eliminate it. I do this by not only speaking with you but also by examining as many sources of data you have on yourself. This may include previous health records, test results, wearable data, etc. I will share my recommendations with you, but ultimately, you will decide how you want to proceed.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will take the time to get to know each other before we start our journey together. By the end of our first session, we will discuss options for next steps and you can decide at that point how you would like to proceed.
