Great to meet you!

l have been practicing for over 20 years. Listening to my clients and helping them navigate this increasingly complex world is my starting point. However, I meet you where you are and together we will navigate the emotional realities that march hand in hand with this harder road we all travel.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I listen. Within this listening, I am using a combination of modalities to suit my clients' needs and temperament. I come from a Person-Centered, Trauma-Focused, Strengths-Based, Cognitive Behavioral, Interpersonal perspective. Each client will be met where they are and movement will be at their pace.

What you can expect from our first session
