Great to meet you!

I strive to create a judgement free zone where you can safely and confidently sort through life problems. My main areas of clinical experience have been working members of the LGBTQIA+ community and parents struggling with mental health issues both post partum and beyond. I have experience with a variety of Mental Health diagnoses including Depression, anxiety, trauma disorders, bipolar disorder, and dual diagnosis of substance use and Mental health disorders. I finished my Masters in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University in 2021 and have been practicing ever since.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a strengths based approach in my sessions that includes skills from CBT, DBT, Motivation Interviewing, Narrative approaches, and seeking safety. But above all, I like to develop a secure and fun relationship with my clients.

What you can expect from me

Life can be extremely hard even in times when we feel we 'should' be happy. I want to be the person in my client's corner that can cheer them on when they do well and help them pick themselves up when they fall.
