Great to meet you!

I do my best work with adolescents and adults. My experience spans over 30 years. I focus on each person's strengths and provide support by bolstering their resilience and courage. Together we move toward change and greater health.

My approach to therapy

I believe in meeting each client where there are. I draw many metaphors from nature and I am a proponent of the practice of mindfulness.
