Great to meet you!

You may look like you are holding everything together on the outside while feeling emotionally drained, stuck, or disconnected on the inside. For over 15 years, I have worked and supported adults struggling with stress and burnout, anxiety, depression and bipolar, life transitions, relationship issues, and the pressure of trying to understand what comes next. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, unsure of themselves, or caught between who they have been and who they are becoming. My goal is to provide a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what has been weighing on you. Together, we can work toward clarity, balance, and meaningful change that feels sustainable in your everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, mindful, and grounded in both practical tools and deeper self-understanding. I believe therapy should help you understand not only what you are feeling, but also what your emotions, patterns, and relationships may be trying to tell you. In session, we may slow things down, notice what feels difficult to name, identify patterns that keep repeating, and build coping skills that help you feel more steady outside of therapy. My style is warm, reflective, and supportive, while still helping you move toward real change at a pace that feels manageable.

What you can expect from me

Early sessions are focused on helping you feel comfortable, understood, and supported. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what has been feeling heavy or unclear, and what you hope will feel different over time. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting. We will begin with where you are, identify what feels most important, and explore practical coping skills you can use right away. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, more grounded, and clearer about the next step forward.
