I am a compassionate Christian counselor specializing in the treatment of adults , children above the age of 5, adolescents, and young adults. Areas of focus include anxiety, grief related issues and trauma. I am certified in emdr with special modifications for children. Teens and young adults connect with me easily. Extensive experience working with children and teens who have been in the foster care system.

My approach to therapy is to build connection with clients and model connection,with a warm style and compassion.

Building connection with a full assessment of history, current issues and an agreement from the client on treatment goals. If the client is interested in EMDR a full understanding of emdr and how it works before moving forward.
