Great to meet you!

I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment for adults to explore emotions, relationships and life transitions. My practice is fully telehealth and focused on individual adult clients seeking support, clarity, and growth. I hold a BA in Psychology and a MA in Counseling Psychology (Lesley University). As a licensed mental health counselor for 20+ years - including 13 in private practice - I bring a deep clinical experience and a collaborative approach to helping clients navigate challenges and build emotional resilience.

My approach to therapy

I offer a supportive, confidential space where you can work through challenges and strengthen your daily functioning. My approach integrates CBT, practical coping strategies, and other evidence‐based modalities tailored to your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

The goal is to help you reduce emotional suffering by exploring the thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationship patterns that shape your experience. Together, we work to gain insight, release outdated beliefs, and strengthen your overall functioning. In a confidential, supportive environment, I offer guidance to help you understand your self‐perception and move through the obstacles that limit your growth and satisfaction.
