Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor I (LADC‐I) with experience supporting individuals navigating substance use challenges, co‐occurring mental health concerns, and major life transitions. My background includes work in outpatient, residential, and community‐based settings, helping clients build stability, strengthen recovery skills, and move toward long‐term wellness. I provide a supportive, structured, and judgment‐free environment for clients at any stage of change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, recovery‐focused, and rooted in evidence‐based practices. I integrate motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral strategies, relapse‐prevention planning, and harm‐reduction principles to meet clients where they are. I work with clients to explore patterns, develop coping tools, and build healthier, more sustainable habits. My style is warm, direct, and practical, with an emphasis on empowering clients to take meaningful steps toward their goals.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and non‐judgmental space to discuss their history with substances, current challenges, and goals for treatment. We will review your background, explore what’s working and what’s not, and identify immediate priorities. I also explain the treatment process, answer questions, and collaborate on a clear plan moving forward. Clients typically leave the first session with a sense of direction, support, and an understanding of how we will work together.
