Overwhelmed, scared or anxious? You are not alone. We have all been there. I am a board certifie LCSW. I earned my Master's degree in Social Work with a clinical emphasis from Adelphi University in New York State. I have been licensed in PA since 2009. My interests are relationship issues, communication, depression, anxiety, child loss, trauma, anger, grief, divorce, and personal fulfillment. Strategies utilized are solution focused, TF-CBT, DBT, Strength-based, REBT and client-centered.

My approach to therapy is to support and guide the client through their therapeutic process by incorporating their preferences into the treatment making decisions, maintaining their confidentiality, and treating them with respect and dignity.
