Great to meet you!

Welcome....and so glad you are reaching out for support.

My private practice focuses on supporting Professional Adults of Virginia and abroad, seeking a safe and welcoming space. My style is warm, thorough, and compassionate while providing a concierge-level experience tailored to each client’s unique needs. I offer self-scheduling, and current availability for in-person and Telehealth counseling. Together we can address your current concerns together using a holistic and personalized approach. If you are seeking couples counseling please call or set up a free consultation. I only take self-pay or HSA for couples sessions.

My journey in the field of mental health has been enriched by a range of diverse experiences, including time in Corporate America and overseas. I’ve had the privilege of working with esteemed institutions such as Yale-NUS University in Singapore; HCA Parham Doctors’ Hospital, WellSpan Philhaven Hospital, and White Mountain Apache Tribal Regional BHS, AZ.

I specialize in helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, eating disorders, and ineffective interpersonal relationships. Together, we can create a customized plan that fits your needs—free of pressure and at your own pace. If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to call and schedule an appointment today.
