Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m a therapist who’s passionate about helping clients heal from their past and build a life where they can truly thrive. I especially enjoy working with women and couples, creating a safe and supportive space for growth. I’m trained in EMDR for trauma, PREPARE/ENRICH for couples, and Internal Family Systems. I’m also expanding my skills with training in Narcissistic Abuse Treatment.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative approach to therapy, walking alongside you on your journey of growth and healing. I create a nonjudgmental space where you can embrace your true self. With warmth, humor, and a direct style, I’ll challenge you to honor yourself while teaching mindfulness and cognitive skills. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts and beliefs, deciding what serves you and what doesn’t. You can expect honest feedback, unwavering support, and a strong therapeutic partnership.

What you can expect from me

My clients often leave therapy with a stronger sense of self, greater self-awareness, and increased self-compassion. You can expect to feel more empowered to make decisions that align with your values and serve your needs. By gaining clarity around your strengths and what truly matters to you, you’ll be better equipped to manage yourself and your life with confidence and purpose.
