Great to meet you!

When we are suffering, often the greatest antidote is someone to share our suffering with. Research in psychotherapy effectiveness shows that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors predicting helpfulness of therapy. I see my role as providing a supportive therapeutic space to foster growth, healing, and healthy relationships. It takes great courage to face our human vulnerabilities and for each person the journey is unique.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals and families across the lifespan (pregnancy to adulthood). I integrate evidence-based practices (including Cognitive-Behavioral, Family-Systems, Interpersonal, Psychodynamic, & Infant-Parent therapies) with a person-centered and trauma-informed lens. In particular, I tend to work with daily stressors, parenting, anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship & family issues, & life transitions (career change, marriage, pregnancy, parenthood).

What you can expect from me

Regardless of your reason for entering therapy, our work will be informed by who you are, what you value, and where you want your life to go. I will work with you to unlock barriers and better understand what makes you come alive, feel content, connected and fulfilled.
