Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with adolescents and adults as they navigate the challenges life brings. I have experience supporting clients with trauma, depression, anxiety, and a range of other mental health concerns, and I have a particular heart for working with women and families.

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine human connection. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door, and you don’t have to worry about being judged. I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and know that you’re not facing things alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and individualized because every person’s story is different. Whether you’re working through past experiences, struggling with your mental health, navigating relationships or family dynamics, or simply feeling stuck, I’d be honored to meet you where you are and work alongside you toward where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re experiencing, and what you hope to get out of our work together. I’ll also ask questions about your background and what has shaped your experiences so I can better understand the whole picture.

Most importantly, I want you to feel heard and comfortable being yourself. You don’t need to have the “right” answers or know exactly where to start—we can figure that out together. By the end of our first session, my goal is for you to have a better sense of what therapy with me will look like and for us to have a starting point for meaningful, individualized goals moving forward.
