Great to meet you!

Welcome. I provide virtual therapy to adults 18 and up in both Washington state and Florida. In addition to seeing people for a wide range of concerns including mental health conditions like depression and anxiety, I have expertise in adjustment issues/life transitions, relationship concerns, grief and loss, coping with chronic health issues, and concerns related to aging.

My approach to therapy

My work with clients is strength-based and centered on your goals. I meet you where you are and we create a plan that makes sense to you. My style is warm and engaging, conversational. We focus on the past as it relates to how it affects the present and explore ways to recognize how thinking affects how you feel, and vice versa. We address what is holding you back and create a plan for positive change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect our first session to center on what brought you here as well as what to expect from therapy with me. I will gather some information about you so that I can better address your concerns and I am happy to answer any questions you may have about therapy. My aim is for you to feel validated, supported, and more at peace with your present and future.
