Hello! I am currently not taking new clients, but you can be added to a waitlist. I am so glad you are here! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in practice for 13 years. I have experience working with children, teens, adults and seniors in a variety of settings to help with anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-exploration, stress. Currently I am only seeing adults for therapy at this time.
We will work with your strengths and self-reflection, behavior/thinking patterns by weaving in various therapy modalities to fit your needs and boost your confidence.
It is my goal to ensure you feel emotionally safe and comfortable in our work together. We all have a life story and sometimes it unravels without warning or pause.
