Great to meet you!

I am a licensed social worker with nearly a decade of experience supporting individuals in higher education and community-based settings. My background includes working with college students and young adults navigating transitions, identity development, stress, and mental health challenges. I hold a Master’s degree in social work and have extensive experience designing and facilitating programs that support emotional well-being, resilience, and personal growth.

In my clinical work, I specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and burnout. I also have experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and those navigating questions of identity, belonging, and purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and grounded in empathy. I draw from a range of evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths-based approaches, and mindfulness techniques. I believe that each client is the expert in their own life, and my role is to create a supportive space where we can explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools for change.

I aim to meet clients where they are, balancing reflection and action. Together, we work to better understand thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also identifying strategies that feel realistic and aligned with each client’s values and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where they can share what’s bringing them to therapy at their own pace. We will talk about your current concerns, your background, and what you hope to get out of therapy. I may ask some questions to better understand your experiences, but there is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with.

By the end of the session, we will begin to identify goals for our work together and discuss what ongoing sessions might look like. My priority is to ensure you feel heard, respected, and supported as we begin building a therapeutic relationship.
