Great to meet you!

As a board certified, clinical counselor having earned a master's degree in Human Development Counseling from Bradley University and working in medical settings since 2001 I have worked with persons having relationship challenges, cancer-related and caregiver struggles, childhood and adult abuse, anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

I like to excavate an individual's background, the foundation of what makes them them. For most people this tells the story of why they have the relationships they have or react the way they do to life's ups and downs. From there we work on moving forward as an individual gains personal awareness and tools that are already within them.

I believe that healing is a reality and a choice.

What you can expect from me

I offer a listening and understanding ear along with many years of life and experiences that have taught me a great deal about human behavior, healing, and grace.

I am a Catholic Christian and believe in a loving God, higher power who has our backs. I am comfortable working were persons of any faith as well as no faith.
