Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adults who would like to resolve trauma, increase resiliency, regulate emotion and develop new ways of being. I believe that quality, evidenced based therapy should be accessible to all people. I provide individualized, trauma-informed treatment to people of all backgrounds and abilities. I specialize in working with neurodivergent people, people with cognitive or physical disabilities and their family members/care-givers.

My approach to therapy

I have spent the last three decades working in community mental health settings and am trained in a strengths-based, anti-oppressive framework. I work from a relational, trauma-informed perspective that values every individual’s innate wisdom and capacity for growth. I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment that allows you to safely unfold and explore.

What you can expect from me

Together we will work towards better understanding the experiences that formed you and releasing that which no longer serves you. I will support you to discover a sense of possibility while honoring your authentic self. I am trained in DBT, IFS, and CBT and use an eclectic framework.
