Great to meet you! I've been helping people sleep better since 2002. I'm a Licensed Psychologist (IL) and a Registered Sleep Technologist (RPSGT), specializing in therapy for insomnia and circadian rhythm disorders.
Most of my clients have struggled with chronic or acute insomnia and feel stuck in the cycle — they've tried all the usual tips and tricks, but nothing seems to work. I take a thorough approach because easy fixes rarely solve sleep problems.
