Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! I've been helping people sleep better since 2002. I'm a Licensed Psychologist (IL) and a Registered Sleep Technologist (RPSGT), specializing in therapy for insomnia and circadian rhythm disorders.

Most of my clients have struggled with chronic or acute insomnia and feel stuck in the cycle — they've tried all the usual tips and tricks, but nothing seems to work. I take a thorough approach because easy fixes rarely solve sleep problems. I start by understanding everything that may be affecting your sleep, then build a plan around you — not a one-size-fits-all formula.

My approach to therapy

Depending on your needs, our work together may draw on:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)
  • Brief, Solution-Focused Behavioral Sleep Therapy
  • Cognitive Therapy for anxiety and related concerns
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

What you can expect from me

Throughout, my focus is on helping you understand the "why" and "how" behind your sleep. When you understand what's affecting you, you're far more empowered to make the changes that help you sleep — and feel — better.

I'd love to help you get the rest you deserve.
