Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri with a heart for supporting women through the complex and often overwhelming demands of daily life. I specialize in working with midlife moms who are carrying a great deal emotionally, relationally, and practically, and who need a place to feel seen, supported, and understood. My background includes helping clients navigate parenting challenges, grief, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional exhaustion. I offer a warm, compassionate, and grounded space where your needs matter too. I integrate Christian values into therapy when desired, in a way that feels natural, respectful, and supportive.

My approach to therapy

My approach is genuine, collaborative, and compassionate. I believe therapy should be a time to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and begin moving toward healing and clarity. I often draw from relational, strengths-based, and practical, evidence-informed approaches to help clients feel supported and equipped. When appropriate, I also integrate faith into the work in a way that honors your beliefs and goals. My style is warm, attentive, and focused on helping you feel more like yourself again.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming conversation where we begin getting to know your story, current concerns, and hopes for therapy. We’ll talk about what has been feeling hardest lately, what support you’re looking for, and what you want to change. There is no pressure to have everything figured out before you begin. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of how we might work together.
