Great to meet you!

If you're ready for something to shift, I offer a space that is steady, nonjudgmental, and focused on helping you make meaningful progress. Whether you're feeling stuck in old patterns, struggling in your relationships, or carrying the weight of past experiences, you don't have to navigate it alone.

As a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), I work with adults facing trauma, attachment wounds, relationship challenges, and co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns. I also have advanced training in EMDR, a therapy approach that helps the brain process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences so they no longer feel as overwhelming in daily life.

My goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move toward lasting healing—not just symptom relief.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens when insight is paired with action. My approach is attachment-based and trauma-focused, helping you understand how early experiences and significant relationships may be influencing the way you think, feel, and connect with others today. Together, we'll identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, process difficult experiences, and build healthier ways of coping, communicating, and relating.

I tailor therapy to your individual needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, a therapy that helps people process traumatic or distressing experiences so they can move forward with greater emotional freedom. My approach is both supportive and focused—we don't just talk; we work toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll take time to understand your story, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to achieve. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals and begin creating a personalized plan that supports healing—not just coping. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the work we'll do together.
