Great to meet you!

I view mental health symptoms not as weaknesses, but as meaningful signals that something in life needs attention. I treat adults with concerns rooted in distressing life experiences. I specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to treat OCD, trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical, helping clients move through what is keeping them stuck.

I hold a graduate degree in Counseling Psychology from California Southern University and a BA in Outdoor Adventure Leadership and Psychology. My experience includes community mental health with prison re-entry populations, supporting veterans with PTSD, co-occurring substance use disorders, exposure therapy for OCD and anxiety, EMDR for trauma, and helping high-functioning individuals navigate life transitions or “stuck points.”

My approach to therapy

Growth often begins where avoidance lives, and it’s never too late to lean in. At the heart of my work is a belief that you are the expert of your own life. My role is to create a space of stillness and support. From this place of curiosity rather than judgment, you can reconnect with your own wisdom.

What you can expect from me

Not sure about therapy yet? Let’s chat. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to explore your questions and help you take the next step—no rush, no judgment.
