Great to meet you!

I have a Ph.D in industrial and organizational psychology which informs a special interest and expertise in work/life balance and wellness issues. I feel that everyone can benefit of therapy and I aim in my sessions to make the experience both rewarding and fun. I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, burnout, and creating a better well-balanced lifestyle.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide humanistic therapy, along with CBT, DBT, solution-focused, and strength-based therapy to help work through these challenges. I have also studied existentialism and tend to have a philosophical approach.

What you can expect from our first session

Whether you are new or have experience with therapy, I hope to help you understand your emotions, feel accepted, and gain strength in moving toward your goals.

I also believe in physical movement to help ease feelings of anxiety and/or depression to help manage your symptoms.
