Great to meet you!

I help college students and young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and life changes to feel more at peace, less worried, and more confident. Your experiences and story matter and I am here to listen. My job is to help you to help yourself. I will help you to explore your own strengths and struggles in a safe, nonjudgmental space. My goal is to be transparent, supportive, and informative while being culturally sensitive and LGBTIA+ affirming.

My approach to therapy

We work towards your goals with a speed that is comfortable for you, checking in on your progress throughout. I help clients to learn more about themselves, their strengths, and their roadblocks. We will work together to learn new skills and acknowledge growth in a space that is safe and supportive. If you feel that we might be a good fit, please reach out to me via email or phone. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if we might be a good fit. Please also check out my website.

What you can expect from me

We will start each session with an emotional check in and end with you creating goals for yourself that week. I encourage clients to go at their own speed, respecting their space and comfort. Life is not one size fits all and therapy isn't either- I encourage feedback throughout so we can adjust to best support each client. I help clients to define their own personal goals for themselves and to gain insight into their emotional state and thoughts.
