Great to meet you!

As a perinatal psychiatrist, professor of psychiatry, and the co-founder and co-director of the Arizona Perinatal Psychiatry Access Line, I have spent many years learning, teaching, and thinking deeply about how to best support people during pregnancy, infertility, loss, IVF and the postpartum period. As a mother myself, I know firsthand how tender, overwhelming, and complex this season of life can be.

My approach to therapy

I provide psychotherapy and careful medication management. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in deep expertise, so you don’t have to choose between feeling heard and receiving excellent, evidence-based care.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is a welcoming, unhurried space for you to share your story -where you have been, where you are right now and what matters most to you- while I listen carefully and without judgment. At the end of our appointment, I’ll reflect back what I’m hearing, share my thoughts, and together we’ll create a plan that feels right for you.
