Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I work with adults 18 and older. My clinical focus includes trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, identity exploration, life transitions, self-esteem, and women’s issues. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and person-centered and humanistic frameworks. I’m passionate about creating a space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow into more connected, authentic versions of themselves.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I tailor therapy to each client, always aiming to build a warm, nonjudgmental relationship where you feel safe being yourself. I integrate depth work from psychodynamic and attachment theories with practical tools from CBT and EFT. My style is collaborative, curious, and compassionate—we’ll work together to make sense of your experiences, connect patterns, and build insight, while also identifying concrete steps to help you move toward change and healing.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients often leave sessions feeling more grounded, emotionally understood, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to help you develop clarity and self-trust, build healthier relationships (with yourself and others), and move through stuck places with more confidence. You can expect a space that honors your strengths, holds your pain with care, and invites you into meaningful transformation at your own pace.
