Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, USAF Veteran, mother, and wife of an active service member. My personal experiences, combined with years of professional work with Veterans, service members, and individuals, has shaped how I understand resilience, transition, trauma, identity, relationships, and the realities of trying to navigate systems. Much of my career has centered around supporting individuals experiencing mental health challenges, substance use, homelessness, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

People are different, and where you are in your life matters. My style is open, honest, and grounded. I use real-life stories and practical examples because therapy should feel human, not clinical for the sake of being clinical.

While I rely on research-backed, evidence-based modalities, I don’t teach anything I haven’t used myself. I’m not here to treat you like a case study or a textbook. I work with real, complex, raw human beings, and together we focus on creating real results that actually fit your life.

I am not interested in pretending that life—or therapy—is perfect. I don’t have a perfectly packaged version of healing to offer you. Growth isn’t a straight line. I believe in dignity, personal responsibility, compassion, honesty, and the possibility of change without shame. Sometimes it simply means getting through the day and trying again tomorrow.

What you can expect from me

I show up authentically and real and I expect the same. Therapy only works if you show up real and raw, ready to get vulnerable, acknowledge, understand, accept and be willing to grow. I value progress over perfection. I am someone who genuinely wants to understand you. I walk alongside you in this work—present, engaged, and committed—but I won’t carry the load for you.
