Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m a therapist with over 20 years of counseling experience in both private and community settings. I work with adults, young adults, and adolescents, supporting clients through loss, depression, anxiety, and family concerns. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you take steps toward feeling better.

My approach to therapy

I take a client-centered approach and meet you where you are. Together, we’ll explore what you’re experiencing, identify what you need, and work toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you. I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while building practical tools for moving forward.

What you can expect from me

From our first session, I’ll do my best to help you feel comfortable and supported. We’ll talk through your concerns, identify where you’d like things to change, and begin finding ways to create more hope and healing. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
