Great to meet you!

I believe it is an honor to walk alongside clients during some of the most challenging seasons of their lives. I provide a supportive, compassionate space where clients can reflect, gain insight, and move toward healing and growth. I understand that depression, anxiety, and difficult life circumstances can make it hard to move forward, but I also believe change is possible. For clients who value faith as part of their healing journey, I am comfortable incorporating a Christian perspective into therapy. My goal is to meet each client where they are and support them in finding renewed hope and purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is tailored to each individual’s unique needs, goals, and experiences. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. For clients who are seeking faith-based counseling, I may also incorporate techniques informed by Theophostic Prayer to support healing, renewed perspective, and emotional transformation. Above all, I work collaboratively with clients to help them build insight, resilience, and practical tools for daily life.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment where they can begin sharing their story at their own pace. I will ask questions to better understand what brings them to therapy, the challenges they are facing, and what they hope to gain from the counseling process. We will also begin identifying goals for therapy and discussing an approach that feels like a good fit for their needs. My aim is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the work we can do together.
