Great to meet you!

I love working with people who are ready for change and want to feel more calm, fulfilled, and connected in their lives. I bring a strong background in addiction treatment, and I also support clients with concerns like depression, anxiety, stress, grief, communication struggles, and conflict in relationships. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you and what feeling “better” could really look like in your day-to-day life.

My approach to therapy

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like yourself, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I’ve spent over 20 years helping people navigate addiction (their own or a loved one’s), as well as depression, anxiety, grief, and stress. In our sessions, you can expect warmth, honesty, and practical tools you can start using right away.

What you can expect from me

If you’re ready to feel more grounded and hopeful, I’d be honored to work with you. I’m passionate about helping clients build healthier, values-based lives and believe deeply in the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Reach out to get started—we’ll take the first step together and move at a pace that feels right for you.
