Great to meet you!

Specializing in the art of healing, and founder of Mosaic Weave Psychology, I focus on patients who grapple with the weight of chronic pain, dance with the shadows of depression and anxiety, and bear the scars of trauma. Among the tools in my Gladstone Bag are the brushes of evidence based treatment.

My approach to therapy

My professional journey has traversed healthcare, the realm of workers' compensation, and the corridors of education—where each experiences has woven into a rich tapestry of skills that shape my work today. Understanding of how psychological, physical, and environmental factors intersect in people’s lives. I was drawn to focus on areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, and overall emotional well-being because I saw how deeply these challenges affect daily functioning and quality of life. In working with individuals navigating medical conditions, workplace stress, and life transitions, I recognized that beyond symptom relief, many people are seeking meaning, balance, and a stronger connection to themselves.

What you can expect from me

I have had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds—people shaped by varied stories, histories, and lived experiences. These encounters have shaped my practice, deepening my commitment to cultural humility, openness, Your inner world is a living masterpiece—layered, intricate, and quietly waiting to be gently explored. Together, we slow down enough to notice its textures: the weight of what you carry, the colors of your emotions, the rhythms of your thoughts, and the subtle patterns that have shaped how you move through the world. . Let's unravel the threads of your emotions, nurture the colors of your soul and together compose you having a life imbued with happiness, fulfillment and joy.

I pursue ongoing education in evidence-based practices and remain committed to ongoing professional growth. Outside of work, I am an artist who paints abstract works and flowers, and creates floral arrangements from m garden. Creativity informs my belief that healing is gradual, expressive, and deeply human. Each is an opportunity for growth for myself and my clients. Therapy as a collaborative process. While I bring clinical expertise, I learn from my clients, who bring diverse experiences, perspectives, and cultural backgrounds. Each day offers an opportunity for growth, for both myself and my clients.
