Great to meet you!

If your brain feels loud, relentless, or like it won’t shut off, you’re in the right place.

I work with clients navigating Anxiety, OCD, and ADHD who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, intrusive thoughts, compulsions, and burnout. Whether you’re dealing with rumination, executive dysfunction, or emotional overwhelm, therapy with me focuses on helping you better understand your brain and learn how to work with it, not against it.

Many of my clients appear high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, self-critical, or exhausted behind the scenes. Our work focuses on building self-awareness, improving your relationship with yourself, and helping you feel more grounded and in control.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to start, just a willingness to show up and be honest. I’ll meet you with support, structure, and the right amount of challenge.

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Centenary University and a Bachelor’s degree from Montclair State University.

If you’re ready to feel more in control, more understood, and less at war with your mind, I’d be glad to connect.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is active, direct, humorous and solutions-focused. I don’t take a passive role, we work collaboratively to identify what’s keeping you stuck and begin making meaningful, practical changes.

I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and ERP to help you challenge unhelpful thought patterns, reduce compulsive behaviors, and build effective coping strategies. At the same time, I take a strengths-based approach, helping you better understand how your brain works so you can learn to work with it, not against it. My style is supportive but honest. I will challenge you when needed, while also providing structure, guidance, and tools that actually stick. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed internally, and our work often begins with building a healthier, more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Therapy with me is not about perfection, it’s about showing up, doing the work, and creating real change over time.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a structured but comfortable space where we start getting a clear understanding of what’s bringing you in and what you want to change. We’ll talk through your current challenges, patterns you’ve noticed, and any relevant background, but without it feeling like an interrogation.

I also focus on helping you leave the first session with something tangible. That might be a better understanding of how your brain is operating, initial strategies to start implementing, or a clear direction for what our work together will look like.

We’ll begin identifying goals early on, whether that’s reducing anxiety, managing intrusive thoughts, improving daily functioning, or breaking specific cycles that are keeping you stuck. From there, we’ll map out a plan that feels realistic and actionable.
