I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with a Master's degree in Community Counseling and a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher. I I specialize in treating Veterans as well as women's mental health issues during pregnancy and postpartum. I have experience providing short and long-term individual therapies for a range of symptoms from adjustment issues to severe mental illness, major depressive disorder, anxiety and chronic suicidal ideation.

I believe every individual flourishes best in a safe and non-judgmental environment where they are truly able to express their needs and emotions.
