Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with a Master's degree in Community Counseling and a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher. I have experience treating Veterans, clients with severe mental illness and suicidal ideation. I also have experience and specialized training in the treatment of women experiencing mental health issues during pregnancy and postpartum.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a holistic, collaborative approach to therapy. My belief is that you are the captain of your ship (mental health/treatment) and I am here to help you navigate the waters a little easier.

What you can expect from me

My approach to the first session is to create a warm and collaborative environment. Early sessions focus on understanding your history, what brought you to therapy, and the relational dynamics or unhealthy coping skills that may be impacting your well-being.
