I am a Christian counselor trained as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern (LCDC-I), and a Licensed Biblical Therapist (LBT). I specialize in building bridges of integration between the body, soul, and spirit creating a holistic experience. Throughout my career, I have experience in working with individuals and couples who have trauma, depression, anxiety, life adjustment stressors, relationship conflict, and spiritual crisis.
As a goal-oriented therapist, I seek to meet a client with compassion, creating a plan that meets their individual needs. I believe in walking with clients to overcome life's challenges by being a compassionate caring voice while bringing them to the Great Healer. I have an eclectic toolbox to draw from many years of experience as a lay minister as well as my professional counseling experience.
I meet clients with my heart to validate the pain and concerns in their story, guide them to acceptance while equipping them with tools to change their future. I seek to create hope for healing, freedom, and growth with every session.
