Great to meet you!

I have been a licensed clinical social worker since 2006. I graduated from Fordham University School of Social Work with my master's degree. I maintain my professional learning through numerous seminars and trainings each year. I have a love of learning both in respects to therapy and who my clients are and what challenges they bring.

My approach to therapy

It is most important to me that my clients feel safe and understood. This happens by daily check-ins on how we are feeling about our work and rapport. I love my work and feel honored to walk the journey with you. My style is to meet you where you are with my inquisitive nature to uncover the challenges that may stand in your way. Then it is our work that can find the solutions and positive outcomes.

What you can expect from me

It is my hope that you will leave each session with a better understanding of yourself. It is my hope that you will feel respected, challenged, and met with unconditional positive regard.
