Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for California and Florida residence, and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist (PMH-C) specializing in perinatal psychotherapy. I support individuals moving through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood, especially when it brings unexpected emotional, relational, or identity shifts. My work is rooted in attachment-based and relational therapy, helping you make sense of your inner world and how it shows up in your relationships, including sex and intimacy. My practice is primarily focused on individual therapy, and I offer couples therapy on a private pay basis. I bring a warm, grounded presence and create a space that feels both safe and deeply human, where you can slow down, be honest, and feel truly supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I integrate attachment-based, relational, and trauma-informed care, while also offering practical tools you can use in your daily life. I pay close attention to the connection between your emotional world, your relationships, and your sense of self, especially during major life transitions like becoming a parent. Whether we’re working on communication, rebuilding intimacy, or processing deeper emotions, I move at your pace and meet you where you are.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to feel comfortable. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and any current challenges you’re navigating. I’ll ask some gentle questions to better understand your story, and together we’ll begin to shape goals that feel meaningful and realistic. My aim is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and a little more grounded than when you came in.
