Hi :) I imagine you are here because things are not great. Perhaps, you would like to improve or change something, or maybe you just want to feel better or more comfortable in your skin.. I know it can be scary, but I believe it’s also brave. It takes courage to admit that you would like life to be different. I believe together we can get you to a place where life isn't so hard. During my 16 year career, I have been fortunate to have met wonderful people and together we have grown.

I view the therapeutic process through a person centered lens and as something we do together. I believe it is important to celebrate the small successes, and focus on progress, rather than perfection.
