Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you do not have to navigate it alone. I offer a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard, respected, and supported. Together, we will talk through what brings you to therapy, make space for what matters most to you, and build on the strengths you already have. My goal is to help you better understand your experiences and move toward meaningful, positive change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, compassionate, and collaborative. I view therapy as a partnership—we will work together to explore challenges, identify patterns that may be affecting your well-being, and develop practical strategies that fit your needs and goals. You set the pace, and I will offer thoughtful questions, support, and guidance along the way.

What you can expect from me

Our first sessions will focus on building a comfortable, trusting relationship and understanding what you would like support with. I will ask about your current concerns, strengths, experiences, and goals, while also reviewing confidentiality, the counseling process, and what to expect in future sessions. My background includes previous licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist, which informs my understanding of how relationships and life experiences can shape well-being. You can expect open communication, a welcoming environment, and a space where you can be yourself.

If you are ready to take the next step, I would be honored to support you.
