Great to meet you!

With over 10 years of experience, I have a warm, friendly and judgement free approach and will create a safe space in our sessions. Our therapeutic relationship is key to the success and accomplishments that you will make.

My approach to therapy

Using person centered and evidence based strategies, I will create a safe space in supporting clients with anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, and personal growth. Providing individualized therapy integrating person-centered principles, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and psychotherapeutic techniques.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I ask about what experiences have brought you to therapy and to tell me about yourself. You will set the pace and we can ease into how comfortable you are in this safe space. Building a rapport and solid foundation is important in working together.
