Great to meet you!

I work with adults who are ready to get out of survival mode and into intentional, grounded healing—whether it’s from childhood trauma, military service, family dynamics, or addiction. With over 15 years of experience as a trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in helping clients break out of old, unhelpful behavioral loops by using targeted, solution-focused approaches that have clear, meaningful goals. For those connected to military life, my background as a former Army behavioral health provider brings an added layer of understanding and support.

My approach to therapy

My practice blends trauma-informed therapies like EMDR and Trauma Narrative Therapy with goal-oriented methods like CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing. I also offer advanced treatment for alcohol and substance use disorders, including relapse prevention and recovery support, with options for both harm reduction and abstinence-based models.

What you can expect from me

I can help you identify what’s holding you back and create actionable steps to move forward. My work is deeply trauma-informed and goal-oriented. That means we don’t just talk—we build a roadmap for change. I offer telehealth as well as after hours appointments. I look forward to hearing from you!
