Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Art Therapist who sees adults and teens. I specialize in eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm and grief.

My approach to therapy

I might be the right fit for you if you've ever struggled to accept yourself, and are looking for a space to feel heard and grow. I support clients through a blended approach of art therapy, counseling, psychoeducation, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). While art making is not required to participate in therapy, I believe using the creative arts promotes emotional regulation and unlocks and heals parts of ourselves.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are seeking therapy for yourself or your teen, I look forward to supporting you in cultivating a life that brings joy and peace.
