I specialize in working with people with disabilities, of all ages, to create the life you want. I understand the frustration of living with a significant difference such as a disability can have on your life and that feeling of being held back. I specialize in working with adults disabilities and family members. I have worked with people with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar. Special focus in dating, relationships, and sexuality for people with disabilities.

My approach to therapy

You want someone who will see you as you are and for all the potential within you. I understand that living with a disability can feel hard and be a struggle at times. I believe you really want someone to listen, provide guidance, and guide you to the answers that are within you.
