Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health professional who works with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, and the emotional impact of difficult experiences. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood as they work through life’s challenges.

I believe therapy is most effective when it is a collaborative process. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I take the time to understand each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about what comes next. Together, we explore those challenges, build insight, and identify practical steps toward meaningful change.

I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for each person’s story. My hope is that clients leave each session feeling more grounded, empowered, and confident in their ability to navigate life’s challenges and move forward with greater clarity.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and experiences influence one another while developing practical tools for creating meaningful change.

I draw from cognitive-behavioral strategies, strengths-based approaches, and trauma-informed care, tailoring the process to each client’s unique needs and goals. Together, we identify patterns that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, or feeling stuck and build skills to navigate challenges more effectively.

My role is to provide a steady, supportive space where clients can gain insight, strengthen resilience, and make lasting changes that support their well-being.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, what has been going on in your life, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

You are welcome to share at your own pace. My role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and begin understanding how I can best support you.

The first session is also a chance to see whether we’re a good fit. If you decide to continue, we’ll identify goals and create a plan for moving forward. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and understood from the very beginning.
