Great to meet you!

I became a psychologist out of a desire to help people live their most fulfilling lives in spite of the obstacles, stressors, and losses that can sometimes consume our energy and resources. I earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Montana after graduating with a BA from Whitman College. I completed my predoctoral internship at the American Lake VA before completing a postdoctoral fellowship at the Seattle VA, specializing in the delivery of teletherapy.

My approach to therapy

I work to help people recognize and cultivate their strengths while better understanding their individual needs and how to meet them. I specialize in working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and relationship issues. I am also very passionate about promoting the health and well-being of LGBTQ individuals, and enjoy working with people of all genders and sexual orientations.

What you can expect from me

I strive to build a strong working relationship based on trust with my clients. Therapy with me is rooted in warm, evidence-based approaches and clients can expect to feel seen while working towards developing new skills and insights.
